摘要
通过对不同种源二色胡枝子和截叶胡枝子种子主要播种品质检验指标对比分析表明,供试的两个种的胡枝子种子均存在着因种源不同而使种子播种品质发生变异的现象。二色胡枝子发芽率和发芽势分别在27.50%~91.25%和25.009,6~90.00%之间,截叶胡枝子发芽率和发芽势分别在14.00%~62.75%和12.25%~56.25%之间;与二色胡枝子不同,个体较小的截叶胡枝子种子千粒重多有极显著差异,存在更容易受自然环境影响而发生变异的趋势。本研究中二色胡枝子和截叶胡枝子种子的播种品质因种源不同而发生的变异,是否属于种子遗传品质的变异,还必须通过种源试验进一步验证,只有这样才能为二色胡枝子和截叶胡枝子种子的合理调拨与使用提供科学依据。
Comparison analysis of the main seed-sown qualities of Lespedeza bicolor and Lespedeza cuneata from different provenaces showed that the seed-sown qualities of Lespedeza seeds varied with the provenances. The germination rate and germination energy ofLespedeza bicolor are between 27.50%-91.25% and 25.00%-90. 00% respectively, and forLespedeza euneata are between 14.00%-62. 75% and 12.25%-56.25% ,and the thousand seed weight of small individualLespedeza cuneata were significantly different. The variation was caused by different provenances, whether that was belong to the variation of seed genetical quality must be proved by provenance experiment. It could provide scientific proof for the selection and use of the seeds ofLespedeza bicolor andLespedeza cuneata .
