摘要
本文分析了明代官营茶马互市哀亡的原因,指出其衰亡的根本原因是明政府没有协调好番族、茶农、商人和国家之间的利益,最终导致明代茶马互市的衰亡。即使作为现代国家,在管理涉及国计民生的垄断行业和国防事业时,也要协调好人民和国家之间的利益,只有人民安居乐业,国家方能长治久安。
This paper,based on the management of the tea-horse trade market of Ming Dynasty,analyzes the reasons that caused its decline： Ming government did not coordinate the relation between the nations,benefits between the merchant and the nation.Even the modern states,when they manage the national economy,people＇s livelihood and the national defense enterprise,must coordinate the benefits between people and the nation.Only then can people enjoy a prosperous life,and can a nation have a long-term peace.
