子宫内膜形态学对子宫内膜容受性影响的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 胚胎植入是人类生殖过程的关键,依赖于胚胎发育和子宫内膜容受性建立的同步进行。子宫内膜容受性的建立受到复杂机制的调控,其中子宫内膜形态学的改变,包括细胞、组织形态学和超声等的改变对其产生重要影响。本文就形态学的各个方面对子宫内膜容受性的影响作一综述。 Embryo implantation is the critical step of human reproduction, which depends on the synchronization between embryo development and the establishment of endometrial receptivity. Complex mechanism is involved in the regulation of endometrial receptivity. The changes of endometrial morphology including the changes of morphocytology, histomorphology and sonomorpholog, affect the establishment of endometrial receptivity. This article reviewed the lastest progress in' the influence of morphology on indometrial receptivity.
