中国安徽阜阳劣质婴儿配方粉中阪崎肠杆菌的污染 被引量:67

摘要 20 0 4年中国安徽阜阳劣质婴儿配方粉事件引起了我国政府的高度重视。为了调查婴儿配方粉中阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况 ,根据美国FDA和加拿大实验室的方法 ,建立了婴儿配方粉中阪崎肠杆菌的分离鉴定技术。从 87份阜阳劣质奶粉样品中检测到 11份阪崎肠杆菌阳性样品 ,污染阳性率为 12 .6 %。用API 2 0E和QualiconBAX○R 系统鉴定了 11株阪崎肠杆菌。这是国内首次从婴儿配方粉中分离到阪崎肠杆菌菌株。 To establish a sensitive and specific method for the examination and identification of Enterobacter sakazakii and to survey the microbiological contaminants of E. sakazakii in the Infant Formula Powder in Fuyang, Anhui Province, P.R.China. The isolation methods were established according to US-FDA and Canada laboratory recommendations. The isolates were identified by API 20E and Qualicon BAX D○R system. Eleven strains of E. sakazakii were isolated and identified from 11 out of 87 samples of the infant formula powder in Fuyang. The positive ratio is 12.6%. This is the first report about the isolation of E. sakazakii from the infant formula powder samples in China.
