高能振动研磨法制备达克罗用片状锌粉及性质 被引量:2

摘要 以电解锌粉为原料,采用高能振动研磨法对片状锌粉的制备方法进行研究,考察不同的研磨介质对片状锌粉性能的影响。结果表明:空气中干磨片状锌粉效率高且制备涂层的耐腐蚀性能和结合强度好;采用蒸馏水研磨所得的锌粉氧化较为严重,活性锌含量低,用其制备涂层的结合强度最差;氮气中研磨锌粉,粉末不易破碎,活性锌含量最高,所得涂层耐腐蚀性和结合强度不如空气介质。片状锌粉经抛光处理明显提高涂层的结合强度和耐蚀性能。 The effects of different grinding media and atmospheres on the quality of zinc flake were compared by taking electrolytic zinc powder as raw material and using high-energy vibration milling for preparation. The results show that the zinc flake grinding by dry mill in air has high efficiency and the coatings have favorable corrosion resistance and high binding strength. The oxidation of the zinc flake obtained by grinding in distilled water is more severe, in which the zinc content is lower and the coatings have the lowest binding strength. The zinc powder grinding in N2 which has the highest content of zinc rarely breaks, but the corrosion resistance and binding strength of the coatings are worse than those prepared by the zinc flake grinding in air. The binding strength and corrosion resistance of the coatings significantly increase after polishing treatment of zinc flake.
