摘要
根据振动混沌控制和应力释放原理,首次提出了一种制备纳米片状锌粉的新设备和新方法。试验研究证明,经过1 h振动加工后,150g中值粒度为1 0mm的球状雾化锌粉基本上都成了薄片状,薄片的厚度在10~15μm之间,直径方向尺度分布在20~100nm之间,这一转变过程的电力消耗只有0.12kW·h。延长研磨时间可使厚度继续减小,直径-厚度比继续增大,并使颗粒形状更加规则化和均匀化。
For the first time this paper proposes a new method and apparatus for manufacturing nano-size zinc flake, which uses a new vibration model based on chaos and stress release. Experiments reveal that after one hour milling most of the original 150g zinc powder with median size 10μm from vapor quenching became flakes with thickness 10-50nm and diameter 20-1000nm.
