摘要 通过对硫酸、草酸、柠檬酸、磷酸氢盐、对甲苯磺酸、硫酸氢钠、氨基磺酸、三氯稀土、活性炭固载AlCl3、固体超强酸、膨润土负载型固体酸、负载型杂多酸、碳酸盐、氢氧化钾、乙酸钠、苯甲酸钠、吡啶、维生素C、酸性离子液体、脱铝改性Y分子筛、分子碘、六氢吡啶、氧化锌或氧化钙等21种不同催化剂催化合成阿司匹林实验结果的分析比较发现:酸性催化剂催化时合成阿司匹林的收率高于碱性催化剂催化;膨润土负载型固体酸,负载型杂多酸具有较高的实际应用价值;采用超声、微波等强化手段能明显加快反应速度。 Experiments on the synthesis of aspirin using 21 different kinds of catalysts including sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, phosphate salts, p-toluenesulfonic acid, sodium bisulfate, amino acid, trichloro-rare earth, activated carbon supported AlCl3, solid super acid, bentonite load solid-acid, supported heteropoly acid, carbonate, potassium hydroxide, sodium acetate, sodium benzoate, pyridine, vitamin C, acidic ionic liquid, dealuminated Y zeolite modification, molecular iodine, piperidine, zinc oxide or calcium oxide were discussed. The results showed that, yields of reactions with acidic catalysts were higher than that of alkaline catalysts; bentonite supported solid acid, supported heteropoly acid were of higher value in the practical applications; and ultrasonic, microwave and other strengthen means could shorten the reaction time. It was also pointed out that the future development direction was to develop supported heteropoly acid catalysts which wwere green and environmentally friendly.
