摘要
用浓硫酸或一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂 ,由水杨酸与乙酸酐合成阿司匹林 .结果表明 :在实验室一水合硫酸氢钠与浓硫酸催化效果相当 ,但操作安全 ,产品呈纯白结晶 ,且一水合硫酸氢钠难溶于有机溶剂、易于分离回收、可重复使用 .
Acetyhaslioylic acid and acetic anhydride are used to synthesize aspirin.In this reaction we use stronger sulfuric acid and monohydrate of hydrogen sulfate as catalyst respectively to study optimization conditions of esterification.It shows that the catalysis effects of stronger sulfuric acid and monohydrate of hydrogen sulfate are the same,but the latter’s operation is safe and product is pure white crystallize,morever,the latter hardly dissoves in organic reagent,and,it is easier to recovery and repeated use.
