摘要
目的研究皱叶酸模(Rumex crispus L.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析和ODS C18柱层析法分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从皱叶酸模的石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离纯化得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、二十六烷酸(2)、大黄素(3)、大黄素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、山萘酚(5)、山萘酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(6)、(+)-儿茶素(7)和(-)-表儿茶素(8)。结论化合物2,4~8为首次从皱叶酸模中分离得到。
Objective To study on the chemical constituents from Rumex crispus L..Methods Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by silica gel,Sephadex gel and ODS C18 column,and their structures of compounds were identified by physical,chemical methods and spectral data.Results Eight compounds were obtained form the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions from R.crispus,and were identified as β-sitosterol(1),hexacosoic acid(2),emodin(3),emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),kaempferol(5),kaempferol-3-O-α-Lrhamnopyranoside(6),(+)-catechin(7) and(-)-epicatechin(8).Conclusion Compounds 2,4 8 are obtained from Rumes crispusL.for the first time.
