摘要 目的研究白蔹的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱法进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从白蔹的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部分又分离得到7个已知成分,分别鉴定为五味子苷(1)、大黄酚(2)、大黄素甲醚(3)、大黄素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、poriferast-5-en-3β,7α-diol(5)、棕榈酸(6)、齐墩果酸(7)。结论化合物4和5为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To isolate and identify the compounds from the rhizome of Ampelopsis japonica ( Thunb. ) Makino. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Seven compounds were obtained from the chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts of the Ampelopsis japonica ( Thunb. ) Makino. The structures were deter- mined as schizandriside ( 1 ), chrysophanol ( 2 ), physcion ( 3 ), emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), porif- erast-5-en-3β,7α-diol ( 5 ), palmitic acid ( 6), oleanolic acid (7). Conclusions Compounds 4 and 5 are isolated from the Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb.)Makino for the first time.
