摘要
从师德问题的传统认知路线图可窥探出师德建设困境的成因,乃是师德问题认知的单极思维方法。这种认知思维的单极性有种种表现,主要表现为:师德实践主、客体认知的片面性,师德问题解决对象的单极化;多元文化价值消极影响的消除被遮蔽,进而导致师德问题解决对策的单极化;管理者与被管理者之间关系的认知单极化。这种单极思维在师德建设实践方面会造成诸多危害,主要是:治标不治本,导致师德建设陷入误区和恶性循环;助长官僚主义倾向;导致官文化群体与教师亚文化群体的产生与分化。实现师德问题认知上的哥白尼式革命,是走出师德困境的正确选择。
According to the traditional cognitive clue to the teacher's ethics, we can get a glimpse of the causes of the plight of the construction of morality. It is the tmipelar cognitive thinking. The unipolar cognitive thinking has a variety of performances such as the cognitive one- sidedness of the subject and the object of moral practice;the unipolarity of morality problemsolving objects;the unipolarity, caused by the sheltered negative impact of multi - cultural values, of moral problem - solving countermeasures; the cognitive unipolarity of the relation between administrators and teachers. These unipolarities can do much harm to the ethical development of teachers in practice, especially lead to palliatives, misunderstanding and the vicious circle of teacher' s ethical construction, contribution to bureaucratic tendencies, tbe birth and differentiation between ofiqcers' sub- cultural groups and teachers cultural groups. Realizing Copernican Revolution is a right choice to avoid the plight of the construction of morality.
