摘要
本文以南京理工大学1987届机电系40名女大学毕业生的职业发展生涯以及广东工贸职业技术学院10名理工科本科毕业十年以上女教师的状况的调查结果为依据,着重探讨了大学教育在提高理工科女大学生的发展水平、促进她们的职业发展方面已取得的成绩与存在的一些欠缺不足,提出了大学应实施女性教育及实施女性教育的途径。
Based on results from the research of 40 female college graduates from the Mechanical ＆ Electrical Department of Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 1987 and 10 female teachers in science and technology who have been working in Guangdong College of Industry ＆ Commerce for over 10 years, this article discusses the achievements and shortcomings of college education in terms of improving development levels and career developments for female students majoring in science and technology. It offers that female education should be provided in colleges and the ways of doing so.
