摘要
针对来自于造纸废液的木质素磺酸钠(NLS)作为水煤浆分散剂较差的性能,通过磺化和缩聚反应对其进行了化学改性,制备出了改性木质素磺酸钠(MNLS)。研究了改性木质素磺酸钠对中阶山东煤(煤样来自山东兖州业有限公司)和低阶神华煤水煤浆成浆性能的影响。结果表明:与木质素磺酸钠相比,改性木质素磺酸钠对水煤浆的分散降黏能力显著提高,且优于常用的萘系分散剂;在MNLS分散剂添加量的质量分数为0.8%时,山东煤水煤浆质量分数为67%,神华煤水煤浆质量分数达到62%。改性木质素磺酸钠通过在煤粒上吸附后产生静电斥力和空间位阻来达到对水煤浆的分散降黏作用。
Due to the poor performance of sodium lignosulfonate ( NLS, a by-product of pulp and paper processes) as a dispersant of coal water mixture, with the sulfonation and polycondensation reactions were conducted for the chemical modification to prepare the modified sodium lignosulfonate (MNLS). The paper studied the modified sodium lignosulfonate affected to the slurry performance of medium-rank Shandong coal (coal sample from Shandong Yanzhou Coal Group Corporation Ltd. ) and low-rank Shenghua coal. The results showed that in comparison with the sodium lignosulfonate, the performance of the modified sodium lignosulfonate could be obviously to improve the separation and viscosity reduced performance of the coal water mixture and could be better than the common naphthalene dispersant. With the mass fraction 0. 8% coal added, the modified sodium lignosulfonate to the coal slurry mixture mass fraction prepared with Shandong coal could be 67% and to the coal slurry mixture mass fraction prepared with Shenhua coal could be 62%. With the electrostatic repulsion and space resistance occurred after adsorbed on the coal particles, MNLS would have the separation and viscosity reduced function to the coal water mixture.
