摘要
在冀东油田的高尚堡、老爷庙区块,通过应用无固相甲酸盐/聚合醇保护油层钻井液实施储层专打技术,降低了钻进油气层井段的钻井液密度,减小了有害固相及钻井液滤液对储层的伤害,解决了井壁稳定与油气层保护之间的矛盾,实现了近平衡钻井。该技术现已成功应用43口水平井。应用结果表明,甲酸盐钻井液流变性好,抑制、防塌能力强,对储层污染小,性能稳定,易于维护,现场取样检测平均渗透率恢复值达到86.92%。先期投产的3口井,投产初期平均单井产油量为92.97 t/d,高尚堡区块的4口井平均单井产油量为74.1 t/d,其中G104-5 P70井自投产至今,产油量为165.8 t/d;老爷庙油田投产6口井,平均单井产油量为47.6 t/d。
In the Gaoshangpu and Laoyemiao blocks of Jidong,Solids-free formate/poly glycol drilling mud was used as a drill-in fluid.The density of the mud was reduced because of the use of the said mud,and the reservoir damage was minimized.Near-balanced drilling was thus practiced without causing downhole troubles.The mud has been successfully applied in 43 horizontal wells.The formate mud had a stable and easy-to-control rheology and can effectively inhibit the hydration and swelling of the formations penetrated.Formation damage in the reservoirs was minimized by the formate muds.Experiments done on the cores from the wells gave a percent permeability recovery of 86.92%.Three wells earlier completed were put into production,and 92.97 t/d(single well production rate) was obtained.The production rates of the 4 wells in Block Gaoshangpu averaged 74.1 t/d(single well).The production rate of Well G104-5P70 has been 165.8 t/d since the well was first produced.The average production rate of the 6 wells in Block Laoyemiao was 47.6 t/d.
