The importance of the explosion and blasting technology course was introduced in this paper, and several suggestions on how to improve the quality of classroom teaching, for example, teachers should have sound professional knowledge and broad range of knowledge, maintain a good teaching charm, and make full use of engineering practical chance to carry out teaching, were put forward.
