摘要 目的:应用近红外(near infrared reflectance,NIR)光谱技术建立药品中水分定量快速测定的检测方法。方法:通过对中成药、抗生素粉针类部分药品的近红外光谱应用OPUS软件进行分析处理,建立相应品种的水分定量测定模块,并用所建模块对相应品种药品中的水分进行测定。结果:本方法能准确、快速测定中成药、抗生素粉针等的水分,准确度为97.0%~104.0%。结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,且不破坏样品,能应用于药品监督工作中对药品中水分的快速检测。 Objective: To establish a method for quick determination of water content in medicine by near infrared re flectance (NIR) spectroscopy. Methods: Using Chinese traditional patent medicine and antibiotic vial & powder as test samples, the content of water was analyzed by NIR spectra. The OPUS software was used to establish the calibration model for water content of individual medicine. Set up a quantitative determination of water species modules using the corresponding module varieties of drugs, and the water in drugs were determined. Results: It was a quick and accurate analysis method for determination of the water contents in Chinese traditional patent medicine and antibiotic vial & powder. The accuracy was 97.0%-104.0%. Conclusion: The established method is a rapid and simple way with good accuracy and reproducibility for the determination of water content, and it is also a non-destructive assay. The method can he used in drug administration and supervision for quick determination of water content in medicine.
