摘要
硫化氢气体是高含硫的急倾斜煤层(65°)综放工作面的主要危险源之一。以铁厂沟煤矿45#煤层水平标高为+645 m的综采放顶煤工作面硫化氢气体治理为工程背景,针对硫化氢的特殊物性,综合分析了高含硫的急倾斜煤层综放工作面硫化氢的腐蚀机理、危害与影响因素,采用综合手段,有效降低了工作面尾巷硫化氢气体浓度,实现了安全开采。
Hydrogen surfide gas is main risk source at top coal caving in steep seam face with ample sulfur. Acording to engineering background about hydrogen sulfied gas treatment of top coal caving in fnlly mechanized face for No. 45 coal seam at + 645 level height at Tiechanggou coal mine,based on special physics of hydrogen sulfied gas, analyze corrosion mechanism, harm and influencing factors of hydrogen sulfied produced by top coal caving in steep seam face with ample sulfur. With comprehensive method, hydrogen sulfied from tail roadway has decreased effectively.
