摘要
回顾了建国以来我国农村宅基地制度改革的历程,分析了新形势下限制农村宅基地流转出现的问题,并提出了农村宅基地改革的建议。
In this paper, the reform for rural residences was reviewed, the problem which caused by the restrictions of the rural homestead circulation under the new situation was analyzed, and some suggestions were proposed.
