摘要
目的:研究分析生姜活性部位与成分的文献,为生姜的研究开发与应用提供参考依据。方法:应用计算机,通过Medline和CNKI中国知网检索有关生姜方面的文献,并对近年来生姜活性部位与成分的研究结果进行综述。结果:生姜的化学成分目前已发现100多种,一般将其归属为挥发油、姜辣素、二苯基庚烷和黄酮等其他成分,生姜、生姜粗提物及挥发油、姜酚和黄酮类组分对心脑血管系统、消化系统、血液系统、免疫系统及神经系统等有广泛的药理活性。结论:生姜药效物质基础的研究将促进生姜的开发与应用。
Objective:Investigation and analysis of literature on active situs and active components from ginger it/order to provide reference bases for research development and application of ginger. Methods: Documents relative to ginger were retrieved via computer in Medline and CNKI. The related study results on active situs and active components of ginger were summarized in the recent years. Resuits: At present, over 100 chemical constituents of ginger have been discovered and could be classified into essential oils, gingerols and diarylheptanoids and flavonoids and etc. Ginger crude extracts(volatile oil, aqueous extract and ethanol extract ) , gingerols and diarylheptanoids have various kinds of pharmacological activities on cardio - cerebrovascular system, digestive system and blood system and immune system and nervous system etc. Conclusion: The study on effective substances can improve development and application of ginger.
