摘要
目的探讨医学院男女大学生学业成绩的差异及其相关因素的差异,为教学改革提供理论支持。方法采用期末平均成绩、成就动机量表(AMS)、学业求助行为量表和交往焦虑量表(IAS)随机抽取测量某医学院192名男女大学生,研究学业成绩与成就动机、学业求助行为及社交焦虑的关系。结果大学生的学业成绩存在显著的性别差异;男生的执行性求助对学业成绩有预测作用;女生的成就动机对学业成绩有预测作用。结论男女大学的学业成绩差异显著且预测因素不尽相同。
Objective To explore the gender difference in academic achievement and its related factors to provide theroetical evidence for instructional reformation. Methods A total of 192 male and female college students were sampled randomly and tested by Achievement Motivation Scale(AMS), Academic Help--Seeking Behavior Scale and Interaction Anxiousness Scale (IAS), and their average marks in the final examination were collected to explore the relationships among academic achievement, achievement motivation, academic help-seeking and social anxiety. Results ①There was a significant gender difference in academic achievement; ②For male college students, executive help-seeking influenced academic achievement; and for the female, the success-pursuit did. Conclusion The gender difference in academic achievement is significant, and the prediction factors for male and female college students are different.
