摘要
目的:观察重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)治疗高龄老年心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法:20例高龄老年心力衰竭患者,使用rhBNP治疗,比较用药前后血压、心率、呼吸困难程度、血清肌酐、左室射血分数及血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)等的变化。结果:使用rhBNP治疗后高龄老年心力衰竭患者症状改善,同时左室射血分数提高,血浆BNP水平明显下降。结论:rhBNP治疗高龄老年心力衰竭疗效肯定,安全可靠。
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP) for treating the elderly patients with heart failure. Method: 20 inpatients with heart failure were received rhBNP treatment.The changes of BP,HR,SCr,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and BNP were compared before and after treatment.Results: The dyspnea and symptoms in the elderly patients with heart failure can be improved by rhBNP,LVEF in patients were improved,the levels of BNP were significant degraded.Conclusion: rhBNP is effective on treating the elderly patients with heart failure.The safety of rhBNP is reliable.
