血管活性药物在心力衰竭治疗中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 1 概述 急性心力衰竭常危及生命, 我国部分医院调查,急性心力衰竭占住院心血管病患者的16.3%～17.9%,心力衰竭病因主要为冠心病、入院时心功能都以Ⅲ级居多。基本为慢性心力衰竭的急性加重。急性左心力衰竭患者需紧急和积极治疗,本文参考我国急性心力衰竭指南介绍血管活性药物的应用规范。
