摘要
研究了使用PSD的空间光通信粗跟瞄系统对光束的位置分辨率。通过理论计算和实验得知,当入射在PSD光敏面上的信标光功率约为28μW时,粗跟瞄系统的位置分辨率约为126μm。同时,通过计算机模拟,对PSD的线性度进行了理论值和实验值的对比。
In this paper, through theoretical arithmetic and experiments, we develop the position resolution to the beam in coarse-tracking subsystem of spatial optical communication that used PSD From the experiments, when the power of the beacon beam on the photosurface of the PSD is about 2 8μW ,the spatial position resolution is about 12 6μm Meanwhile, through computer simulation and experiments, we have compared the experimental data and the theoretical data of the linearity of PSD
