摘要
目的探讨芒果甙治疗鼻咽癌的可行性。方法以不同浓度的芒果甙作用于人鼻咽癌CNE2细胞,检测细胞抑制率、凋亡率及细胞周期。结果芒果甙作用后CNE2细胞抑制率及凋亡率均明显增加,且呈浓度及时间依赖性,P均<0.05;芒果甙作用72h后,随药物浓度增加,CNE2细胞出现S期阻滞;浓度>100μmol/L时出现G2/M期阻滞。结论芒果甙能明显抑制CNE2细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,并具有S期和G2/M期阻滞效应,具有潜在抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with mangiferin. Methods CNE2 cells were treaded with different concentrations of mangiferin,the cell proliferation inhibition rate, apoptosis ratio and cell cycle status were detected. Results After mangiferin administration, CNE2 proliferation inhibition ratio and apoptosis ratio increased significantly in concentration and time-dependent manner( P 〈 0.05). CNE2 cells showed S phase blockage in a dose-dependent way 72 hours after the treatment of mangiferin, and G2/M phase blockage appeared when the concentration of mangiferin 〉 100 μmol/L. Conclusion Mangiferin can inhibit the proliferation of CNE2 cells and induce apoptosis , also possess the effect of S and G2/M phase blockage and potential anti-tumor.
