摘要
基于LabVIEW RT技术,设计了双闭环汽车传动系冲击性能检测系统。通过分析台架系统突接离合器冲击工况,建立了传动系受冲击扭矩数学模型。通过调节直流电动机的转速、转矩和改变惯性飞轮组的惯性质量,实现了对汽车传动系冲击性能的检测,采用工控机和数据采集卡构成了实时数据采集和速度、电流实时控制的硬件,并开发了测试系统的数据控制程序和用户界面程序。试验结果表明,检测系统有较好的稳态精度和动态特性。
A double-closed-loop system for testing automobile power train impacting durability is designedbased on LabVIEW RT technology. According to the conditions of sudden clutch on line, the mathematical model of the impacting torque is built. The test to the impacting durability of power train is realized by adjusting DC motor speed, torque and inertia quality of the wheel group. Industry PC and data sampling card are used to constitute the hardware of system while the user interfaces are developed with LabVIEW RT. Experiments show that the test system is stable with high precision and good dynamic features.
