摘要 采用工控机系统集成技术开发了管贯线加工数控系统,根据管与管连接轨迹的规律,建立了适用于加工多个圆柱管任意角度相交所形成的相贯线的通用数学模型,然后将形成相贯线的曲线运动转化成钢管的转动和焊枪的水平运动,根据模型里的数学关系将两个分运动的位移换算成脉冲个数,进而由PCL-839+步进电动机控制卡发出控制两台电动机所需的脉冲,经复合运动得出所需的相贯线。系统软件部分采用了动态数据交换技术和多线程技术以提高系统性能。 The computer numerical control system for pipe connecting trace processing was researched and developed by means of industrial computer and system integrated technology in this paper. According to the regularity of the pipe connecting trace, a general mathematic model was established to process column pipe connecting traces with several pipes intersecting at any angle. Then the composite locomotion forming the connecting trace was decomposed into the rotation of the pipe and the horizontal movement of the welding torch. Finally, the distance of the two partial movements was converted into the number of pulses and these pulses were sent out by stepping motor card to drive the two stepping motors. The dynamic data exchange (DDE) technology and multithreading technology are adopted to enhance the performance of the system.
