Determination of ethanol and n-hexane resolver residual quantity in red clover extract by headspace gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立顶空气相色谱法测定红三叶草提取物中乙醇与正己烷残留量的测定方法。方法:以HP-INNOWax(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)为色谱柱,FID检测器结合顶空进样器进行气相色谱分析。结果:在优化条件下,方法的线性较好,乙醇与正己烷的加标回收率分别为99.23%与98.77%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论:本方法可以快速、准确的测定红三叶草提取物中的乙醇与正己烷的残留量。 Objective:To develop a method for the determination of the ethanol and n - hexane resolver residual quantity in red clover extract by headspace gas chromatography. Methods:The use of gas chromatography combined FID detector with HP - IN- NOWax(30 m × 0.25 mm ,0. 25 μm) chromatographic column and headspace sampling device. Results: The linear relation was good on the optimizational conditions. The recovery rate with standard addition of ethanol and n - hexane was 98.77% and 99. 23%, respectively. The relative standard deviation was less than 5%. Conclusion:The ethanol and n - hexane resolver residual quantily in red clover extract can be determined rapidly and accurately using this method.
