摘要
论述了冲裁件排样材料利用率计算的数学模型和计算机的排样的方法,并给出了采用加密点逐步移动判定法对冲裁件进行单排顺排、单排对排的计算机最优排样算法。以达到节约材料,提高效益的目的。以智能优化算法为基础,给出了单排对排的优化排样算法及实现方法,实验结果证明本文提出的方法是有效的。
It discusses about the mathematical model of material utilization calculated of the blanking part layout and layout methods in computer,gives the optimal layout algorithm of the double and opposite layout by encryption steadily moving determine method,in order to achieve Saving materials and improve efficiency. Optimal algorithm and implementation of double and opposite layout have been given by the intelligent optimization algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
