摘要
冲压毛坯排样优化问题是冲模CAD领域的一大课题。在简要介绍毛坯排样CAD的技术构成的基础上,总结了一种高效、合理的普通排样核心算法:改进的一步平移法。并扩展至毛坯嵌套排样问题,提出了裁剪分段平移方法,对解决该问题提供了一条新的思路。
Blank layout is very important for blanking die CAD research. In this paper, the technology structure of blank layout CAD is briefly described, then a high efficient, reasonable core algorithm called “improved transversal length” for normal blank layout is summarized. Furthermore, it is extended to the nest problem and a method using graph cutting and translation is put forward which provides a new idea for the nest problem.
