摘要
从建筑企业的特征入手,构建了一套详细的绩效评价体系,在此基础上,设计出一个改进的AHP-BP模型,从而实现了对建筑企业进行供应链战略合作伙伴的选择。用实例对该模型进行验证,取得了较好的评价效果。实践证明,该模型应用简单,具有一定的实用价值。
This paper works over the features of construction enterprise, then it builds a set of detailed performance evaluation system and designs an improved AHP - BP model based on this performance evaluation system. This model can be used to select the tactic cooperative partner of supply ehain for eonstruetion enterprise. At last, the model is tested by real examples. The results show that this model is a simple way and has good effect on dealing with this kind of selection. Besides, the model is proved to have practical value.
