摘要
以住宅产业链为切入点,分析我国住宅产业化发展困境。针对发展困境,提出大型企业纵向一体化、中小型企业横向整合两种发展模式及信息化管理平台在住宅产业链各环节间信息流中的应用。
Taking the industrial chain of housing industrialization as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the dilemmas in the development of Chinese housing industrialization. To cope with these dilemmas,proposes the developmental patterns that large enterprise take vertical integration strategy,medium and small enterprises take horizontal merge strategy. Meanwhile,puts forward the application of information management platform in information flow of related participants.
