摘要
目的研究正常人眼视神经内的纤维分布,以探讨青光眼视神经损害发生的解剖基础。方法利用计算机图像分析系统,检测了15例正常人眼视神经内神经纤维的分布。结果视神经各分区神经纤维直径和密度分布不同,中央区较周边区、颞侧区较鼻侧区神经纤维密度大,平均直径小;颞下中心区纤维密度最大,小直径纤维成分最多,鼻侧周边区尤鼻上大直径纤维成分最多。结论视神经各分区均为不同大小纤维混合存在,可能与青光眼弥漫性视神经损害有关;视神经鼻侧及上方周边区含有较多大直径纤维。
ObjectiveTo study the nerve fiber distribution in normal human optic nerves,so as to discuss the anatomic basis of optic nerve damage in glaucoma.MethodsComputerized image analysis system were used to analyse the distribution of optic nerve fibers in the optic nerves of 15 normal human eyes.ResultsThe distribution of fiber diameter and density was different in different regions of the nerve.The fiber density was higher and the fiber diameter was smaller in the inner and temperal parts than in the outer and nasal parts correspondingly.The highest fiber density and the highest proportion of smaller fibers was in the center of the infero temporal region.The highest proportion of larger fibers was in the peripheral nasal area,especially in the supero nasal area.ConclusionAll sizes of nerve fibers mingled in every region of the nerve,this may be related to the diffuse nerve damage in glaucoma.The higher proportion of larger fibers in the peripheral superior and nasal area may be related to the selective local damage in the superior and inferior pole of the nerve in glaucoma.
