摘要
数学学业评测体系是基础教育质量监测体系的一个重要组成部分,是在国家层面上建构的基于大样本测试与调查分析基础上的数学学习质量评测系统,包括评测目标、评测范畴、评测工具等内在要素,其中评测工具,尤其是试题的编制,是数学学业评测体系建构的核心内容。评测试题是评测工具的主体部分,也是古往今来国内外学业评测的主要形式。为确保试题具有科学性和有效性,评测试题的编制应以素质教育为总体目标,以国家数学课程标准为依据,其范畴主要集中于数学内容和数学认知能力两个基本维度,具体编制程序为:教材比较分析——评价标准建立——命题双向细目表制订——试题编制——抽样实验等。
The system of mathematics academic achievement assessment testing is one of the important components of quality supervision system of basic education. It is based on large samples and comprehensive data to evaluate education quality of primary and secondary schools on the national level, including objectives, scope and test tools. Among them, development of test tools of mathematics academic achievement, especially development of test paper is an important content of mathematics education quality monitoring system. Students＇ achievement assessment is aimed to quality education and mainly focuses on mathematics contents and cognitive abilities based on mathematics curriculum standard , and the procedures of development of test paper contained as follows： analysis of different versions of teaching materials, establishment of the evaluation criteria, development of two-way tables of specifications of examination assignment, development of test paper, and the hierarchy sample test in order to ensure that the developed paper had excellent reliability and validity.
