摘要
综述三七总皂苷的提取工艺有:有机溶剂提取法(包括甲醇、乙醇、石油醚、氯仿提取)、酶提取法(包括纤维素酶解、果胶酶解、复方酶解法)、超声波提取法、微波法、酸水解法与大孔吸附树脂法等,方法多样,各有特点,便于选择使用。
The paper summarized the extract technologies of sanchi total saponin, inculding that organic solvent extraction（such as methanol, ethanol, ligroin, fluoform extact）, enzyme extraction methods（such as cellulase enzymolysis, pectinase enzymolysis, compound recipe enzymolysis）, ultrasonic wave extractio, microwave method, acid hydrolysis method, macroporous adsorptive resins method, and so on. There are many methods with different characters to benefit for selection and utilization.
