摘要
目的探讨临床病例导入法在围手术期护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2005级五年制高职护生2个班共110人,分为实验组和对照组,各55人。在围手术期护理教学中,对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用临床病例导入法教学。完成该章节的学习后,采用相同试卷进行阶段测验,同时实验组发放调查问卷。结果实验组护生考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论病例导入法能有效提高围手术期护理教学效果,提高护生实际临床应用能力。
Objective To evaluate the outcomes of clinical case - oriented method in the teaching of perioperative nursing. Methods A total of 110 five - year vocational nursing students were selected from two different classes and were assigned to traditional teaching condition and clinical case - oriented teaching condition in perioperative nursing. All the students took the same stage - examination and the students in the case - oriented teaching group were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Result The scores of the stage - examination was significantly higher in the case - oriented teaching group than that of traditional teaching group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical case - oriented teaching method can effectively improve the teaching outcomes in perioperative nursing and enhance the students' clinical capacity.
