摘要
以访谈的形式对陕北靖边白于山区产油区的黑敦梁村与非产油区的张天赐村进行调研,从村民生活质量、思想意识、就业结构、人居环境4方面详细比较了能源开发对农村发展的影响,并探讨了能源开发对乡村政府的影响最后对协调油田与村民关系、调整政府行为提出了建议,以便当地持续发展,并为类似地域提供参考。
Based on surveys and interviews in two mountainous villages in Jingbian of North Shaanxi,oil producing area Heidunliang Village and non-oil producing area Zhangtianci Village in Baiyu Mountain area were investigated. The effects of energy exploitation on the rural development between two villages were compared in detail from the aspects of the residents＇ living quality, consciousness and employment structure, residential environment. And the effects of energy exploitation on the township and village governments were discussed. Finally, some suggestions oa how to coordinate the relationship between the oilfield and villagers and adjust the local government conduct were proposed for the sustainable development of the local areas and providing reference for the similar regions.
