荧光原位杂交技术在泌尿系统肿瘤的临床应用研究

摘要
荧光原位杂交(fluorescence in situ hybfidization,FISH)技术从世纪70年代后期问世以来,在肿瘤学上的应用越来越受到人们重视。本文就其在泌尿系统肿瘤的临床应用研究进行综述。在膀胱癌方面,UroVysion FISH的研发不但对膀胱癌的诊断、预测复发有意义,还可以用于膀胱癌的病理分型和膀胱癌治疗效果的判断。在肾细胞癌方面,人们正在探讨采用FISH技术提高肾组织活检对肾细胞癌进行分型诊断的准确性。
