摘要
从总体上看,黑龙江省产业结构表现出第一产业日益缩小,第二、三产业比重日益扩大的趋势。结合1990-2008年黑龙江省产业发展情况,采用灰色关联分析方法评价黑龙江产业结构升级效果,并运用提出的评价模型和方法,通过运算得到的结论是:黑龙江省最近几年的产业结构一直朝着优化的方向发展,但还有进一步优化的空间。
In general, the developing trend of Heilongjiang industrial structure is that the proportion of the Primary industry is increasingly dwindling, while that of the secondary and the tertiary industry is expanding gradually. According to the situations of Heilongjiang industry in 1990-2008, applying grey correlation analysis and relevant evaluation model and method presented to evaluate upgrading effect of Heilongjiang industrial structure, this paper concludes that Heilongjiang industrial structure will develop towards more opfunizod direction in future years.
