摘要
全国经济结构已经进入结构性调整阶段,传统制造业迫切需要转型升级.通过以制造业转型升级方向为准绳,提出制造业成长性、结构转型判定、高加工度、高技术化、高附加值、生态化、服务化作为制造业转型升级测度指标.将七大指标构建为产业结构升级的测度体系,以福建省为例,测度福建省制造业转型升级的动态情况,并提出要加强政府规划和引导、健全科技服务体系、加快技术创新、培养复合型人才等措施为制造业转型升级智力支持,最终推动制造业"轻型化"发展.
The national economic structure has entered the stage of structural adjustment,transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry in Fujian province is in urgent need.By transforming and upgrading of manufacturing direction as the criterion,the paper puts forward manufacturing growth,judgementof structure transformation,high degree of finish,high technology,high added value,ecological,as manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading of service measures,with seven indexes for the upgrading of industrial structure of measurement system.Taking Fujian Province as an example,measure the dynamic situation of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Fujian Province,it puts forward to strengthen the government planning and guidance,improve the service system of science and technology,speed up technological innovation and cultivate inter-disciplinary talent transformation and upgrading of intellectual support for the manufacturing industry,finally promote the development of manufacturing industry"light-duty".
