摘要
本研究基于固相反应机理,筛选出了合成钇铝铬红色剂所用原料的最佳晶型。充分考虑到烧成温度、气氛、矿化剂的种类及数量等因素对发色的影响,确定了钇铝铬红色剂的合成工艺及工艺参数,合成出了主晶相为钇铝榴石(Al203·Y203)的环保型钇铝铬红色剂。该色剂无铅无镉,呈色稳定。
This research is based on the solid-phase reaction mechanism. The best crystal-type of the raw material which synthesizes Y-Al-Cr system red pigment is selected. Meanwhile, taking the impact factors like firing temperature, atmosphere, quantity as well as various kinds of the mineralizers may have on coloration into full consideration, we figured out the synthesis techniques of the Y-Al-Cr system red pigment, related process parameter, and finally synthesized a Pb-Cd-free, color-stabled Y-Al-Cr system red pigment with Yttrium aluminum garnet as its main crystal phase.
