摘要
对固相法合成的铬钇铝红色料进行了XRD、FESEM测试与分析,并采用光电测色仪测试了试样的呈色特征和色度参数,讨论了不同Cr2O3、Y2O3含量以及不同矿化剂对色料呈色的影响,确定了固相法合成铬钇铝红色料的较好Cr2O3、Y2O3含量以及矿化剂的种类和添加量。
The Cr-Y-Al red pigment was synthesized by solid-state method and was analyzed by XRD. Photo-electricity cryoscope was used to analyze the color generation characteristic and colorimetric parameter. This article also researched the Cr-Y-Al color generation mechanism. Influence of different addition of Cr2O3 and different mineralizes on color generation of pigment was discussed, The most effective adding point of Cr2O3, Y2O3 and the variety and dosage of mineralizes was determined.
