摘要
我国已建成了世界上规模最大的高等教育系统,大众化初级阶段的教育质量引起了社会的强烈关注,教育评估已常态化。本科教学工作水平评估应在多元治理理论指导下,建立利益相关者共同参与的平台,构建更为有效的质量保障网络。回顾我国教育评估发展历程,评估的积极意义不容置疑,但也还存在不少问题,新一轮评估需在若干方面进行创新。
In China,there is the largest higher education system in the world, education quality has caused intense concern in the community in the primary stage of higher educational popularization. Under the guidance of multiple governance theory, teaching Evaluation should set up a platform for the participation of stakeholders, building a quality assurance network. In reviewing the development process of China' s education evaluation,the important role of the evaluation and the existing problems, are analyzed a new idea of evaluation in the new stage is raised.
