摘要
采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、机械性能测试、金相分析等方法对锅炉水冷壁爆管原因进行分析,各项检验结果表明,在焊接过热形成的粗糙内壁处发生高温蒸汽腐蚀及氢损伤是导致该水冷壁管爆管的主要原因。通过分析高温蒸汽腐蚀及氢损伤产生机理,提出避免水冷壁爆管的措施。
In order to analyze the reason of the boiler's water wall tube bursting, macrostructure, chemical composition check,metallographic check, tensile testing at ambient temperature and other tests are made, and the results are indicated that the high temperature steam corrosion and hydrogen damage of the rough tube wall which was caused by overheating welding is the main cause of the tube bursting. Through analyzing the mechanism of high temperature steam corrosion and hydrogen damage, and according to the reason of the hydrogen damage, the preventive suggestions measures are put forward so as to insure safe operation of the generator-unit.
