摘要
以铜绿微囊藻为研究对象,进行了高频超声波在不同频率及功率下对微囊藻毒素释放及降解的特性研究。结果表明:当采用超声波去除藻类时,应尽可能使超声频率<400 kHz;当某些工艺必须采用高频超声除藻时,则应选择较高的功率,且需适当延长反应时间以控制藻毒素的浓度,200、400、600、800 kHz的频率对应的最佳功率分别为33、50、100、100 W。
Taking Microcystis aeruginosa as research object, the release and degradation of microcystin by high-frequency ultrasonic wave at different powers and frequencies were studied. The results show that the ultrasonic frequency should be less than 400 kHz during removing algae by ultrasonic wave. When high-frequency ultrasonic wave must be used in some processes to remove algae, the high power should be chosen, and it is also necessary to extend the reaction time. When the frequencies are 200, 400, 600 and 800 kHz, the optimal corresponding powers are 33, 50, 100 and 100W respectively.
