摘要
基于JETTA-GTX轿车液压ABS系统,在保持原车ABS功能的前提下,开发出ABS/ASR集成控制系统。为了检验所开发的集成控制器中ASR系统控制效果,在干燥的沥青路面和模拟低摩擦系数的对开路面上,针对行驶加速和起步加速2种典型工况进行了有ASR制动干预控制和无ASR制动干预控制的试验测试。通过对试验结果进行对比分析表明,所开发的ABS/ASR集成控制系统达到了设计目标。
Based on hydraulic AIdS system of JETTA- GTX car, it develops a electric control system integrated with ABS/ASR. This system can deal with the road tests conducted to check ASR function of ABS/ASR. All tests are completed on even - dry road and low friction coefficient road surface which simulated the split μ road surface. It uses ASR and non- ASR conditions respectively to run acceleration and starting acceleration modes. The method is adopted to regulate braking pressure preciously during ASR operation. Test results show that the system can reach the design target satisfactorily.
