长江江苏段主干断面污染物健康风险评价 被引量:20

HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT ON POLLUTANTS IN THE MAIN SECTIONS OF THE YANGTZE RIVER IN JIANGSU PROVINCE

摘要 为掌握长江水环境中污染物的健康风险,选取长江江苏段5个主干断面,对其水环境中主要有机物、重金属及非金属元素硼进行了监测。利用水环境健康风险评价模型评价主干断面和污染物的健康风险,结果表明:在所评价的断面中,栖霞江段断面污染较严重,健康危害的风险相对较大,其次为姚港河口,这2个断面入江支流的污染贡献不容忽视。水中54种有机污染物、7种重金属和元素硼由饮水途径所致健康危害的个人年风险为1.30×10^-14—2.53×10^-6/a,风险较大的(〉1.0×10^-9)有苯并[a]芘、镉、铬、钒和PCB52。污染物对健康危害的年总风险仅为2.55×10^-6/a,远低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受值(5.0×10^-5/a)。总体来看,长江江苏段主干断面水体中62种污染物污染所致的健康危害年风险度目前还处于很低水平,但风险较大的污染物的环境来源及相应的污染控制应引起管理部门的重视。研究结果可为长江沿线河流污染的有效控制,实现科学的水环境健康风险管理提供依据。 For the purpose of getting information on health risk caused by pollutants in the Yangtze River, five main sections of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province were selected and organic compounds,heavy metals and boron element in water were monitored. A water environmental health risk assessment model was used to evaluate the health risk of the main sections and the above pollutants. The results show that a-mong all the sampling sections, Qixia Section and Yaogang Section are the most and second heavily polluted sections, respectively, which might have higher health risk. The pollution contribution from the branch river deserves caution. The health risk to the individual person per year in terms of 54 kinds of organic pollu-tants, 7 kinds of heavy metals and boron through drinking is from 1.30×10^-14 to 2.53×10^-6 a^-1 ,with the greatest health risk being caused by benzo(a)pyrene, followed by Cd,Cr, V and PCB52. The total heath risk caused by the organic and metal pollutants is 2.55×10^-6a^-1, far lower than the maximum tolerable value (5.0×10^-5a-1) recommended by ICRP. In general, although the environmental health risk caused by the 62 kinds of pollutants is in low level currently,it should pay more attention to the environment source,and seek and control the pollutants with higher health risk by our environment protection management. The result may he helpful to the effective control of pollutants from the river alongside the Yangtze River and realize the scientific health risk management.
