摘要
在科技文献共享与运行中知识产权问题不可避免,有关知识产权保护机制各国做法不一,保护的方式也不一样,本文对现有的知识产权保护方式进行梳理和分析,基于当前的科技文献共享中知识产权保护状况,应适宜采用创意共用许可和知识产权评估的补偿方式。
In the sharing and use of S ＆ T documents, intellectual property protection is inevitable. Different countries have different practices of Intellectual Property Protection Mechanisms （IPPMs） and different ways of protection. This paper reviews and analyzes the existing intellectual property protection method. Based on the current situation of intellectual property protection in the sharing of S ＆ T documents, it＇ s suitable to use the Creative Commons Licenses and the intellectual property evaluation for compensation.
