药用植物蚬壳花椒种子休眠及萌发特性 被引量:12

摘要 为研究木本药用植物蚬壳花椒生殖环节中的致危因素,采用多种方法处理其种子,研究其休眠和萌发特性.结果表明,当年成熟的种子去除种皮后可以萌发,证明种子的胚发育成熟,种皮的透水性也较好,与休眠关系不大;休眠的主要原因可能是种皮内含有抑制萌发物质,及种皮坚硬的机械阻碍作用.采用不同的处理,获得种子萌芽率较高的方法为:浓硫酸处理6min,去除种皮,然后用50mg·L-1的GA3浸泡5min,清洗后置于25℃恒温培养箱内培养,萌芽率可达60%. In order to explore the underlying mechanisms relevant to the impediment in the sexual reproduction of Zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl. The characteristics of the dormancy and germination of its seeds is studied. The result shows that the germination inhibitors exist in the seed coat, which are believed to be main impediment to the germination. The permeability of water of the seed coat is good, but the thick and hard seed coat has hindrance function to its germination. When the seed coat peels off, it could be sprouting, so the embryo would not induce the seed dormancy. A good method to broken the seeds dormancy is that to process the seeds in 98% H2SO4 for 6 min. First, after peeling off the seed coat, dip them in 50 mg·L^-1 GA3 for 5 min, then wash them in water and cultivated them in illumination box in 25℃. Having been finished the treatments, the percentage of the seeds germination could reach 60%.
