摘要
将三峡库区濒危植物疏花水柏枝新鲜种子于实验室通风贮藏6周,采用纸上萌芽法,研究种子萌发力丧失规律;同时将在40℃的恒温箱中干燥6h和未干燥种子分别于-4℃、4℃、25℃和室温下贮藏8周,研究不同贮藏条件对其种子萌发力的影响。结果表明,疏花水柏枝种子在贮藏0周时发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势分别为95.00%,18.00和90.00%,2周之后显著下降,第5周时丧失萌发力;未干燥种子在-4℃和4℃低温条件下,经过8周贮藏,其发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势分别为64.67%和50.00%,5.37和5.57,50.33%和40.00%,显著高于其他温度处理;在室温下,未干燥种子通风贮藏到第5周时,便丧失其萌发能力,而在密封干燥条件下贮藏8周后仍有45.00%的种子保持萌发力,表明干燥空气有利于维持种子萌发力。
Myricaria laxiflora is endemic endangered species in Three Gorges Reservoir Area, narrowly distributing below 155 m of the Yangtze River's bank. After construction of the Three Gorges Dam,the habitat of Myricaria laxiflora will complete submergence. The aims were to investigate the discipline of seed germination power loss and the effects of different storage conditions on seed germination. As seed germination power loss expriment, the fresh seeds of Myricaria laxiflora were stored for 6 weeks in laboratory ventilation condition. The seeds dried for 6 hours at 40 ℃ ,and the non-dried fresh seeds were stored for 8 weeks at -4 ℃,4 ℃,25 ℃ and room temperature. The paper towel germination method was carried out. The results showed that the germination rate, germination index and germination potential after 0 week, were 95.00%, 18.00% and 90.00% ,respectively. The germination power significantly decreased after 2 weeks, and the seeds lost germination power at the 5th week. After storage of the non-dried seeds for 8 weeks at -4 ℃ or 4 ℃ conditions,the germination rate,germination index and germination po- tential were 64.67% and 50.00% ,5.37 and 5.57,50.33% and 40.00% ,significantly higher than those of other treantrnents. In laboratory ventilation condition, seeds lost germination power at 5th week,whereas 45.00% seeds kept germination power at airproof and dryness condition for 8 weeks. It indicated that dry air was propitious to maintain seed germination power.
