桥小脑角脉络丛乳头状瘤3例诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的:总结3例桥小脑角区脉络丛乳头状瘤的诊治经验。方法:回顾性分析过去几年来收治的3例桥小脑角区脉络丛乳头状瘤患者的资料。结果:本组3例,主要临床表现有头疼,头昏,视力下降,行走不稳,患侧面部麻木,疼痛等;外科治疗达到肿瘤全切除,无严重并发症及死亡;3例术后经MR复查,未见复发。结论:桥小脑角脉络丛乳头状瘤为良性肿瘤,预后良好;可通过CT及MRI发现,依据病理检查明确,该肿瘤可能原发于第四脑室的脉络丛;手术切除肿瘤是治疗的关键。
